It's a nice drawing but I agree with you, actually, if he looks anything like this I just might join you! Perhaps when we're done we could go find the jackass that screwed up Deadpool? And of course we would have to go find Joel Schumacher on general principles...

(that would be a cool idea for a story.. a group of friends hunting down the dudes that screw up comic films and taking them out Punisher style)!

Yeah, excelt they screwed up the Punisher movie also. I was so excited about that movie, and in the first 10 minutes or so, he punches a guy in the face, and the guys face literally explodes. I'm sure you say it. Anyway, I'm hoping for a solid effort, because ever since Marvel took over their own productions, the movies for the most part have been getting better. Iron man and the Hulk were great movies. I have a sneaking suspicion that Marvel will try to appease true fans by having him dug up in his original uniform, and then they will cut jokes about how corny it is, and dress him in all black. As an American, that would actually really upset me, because that uniform represets something. He is literally the physical embodiment of the flag. If they just detail the uniform and do a good job with it, he would look awesome on the screen. oh well. Anyway, no offense TuaX, this is good stuff, we just accidentally started using your drawing as a soapbox. Look what you did!

There are some costumes you just DO NOT CHANGE. Superman, Spider-man and Cap's uniforms are classic. Any redesign would have to be equally special.
